Relationship Building & Networking Programs:
Company Night: This event provides a forum for our corporate partners to share information about their organizations as well as network with Chapter members. Chapter members benefit from this event by making connections with corporate representatives within the sponsoring organization.
iCannet Networking Events: This is a social networking event where members, partners, and friends can enjoy music, dancing, and discussion. Corporate and small business partners benefit by having their organization highlighted during the event. Chapter members benefit from the informal networking that generally occurs.
Membership Engagement Brunch Series: This is a networking event where new and existing members can have brunch and engage in discussion. Chapter members benefit from the informal networking that generally occurs. Membership Brunches are held on a bi-monthly basis.
Professional Development Programs:
Leadership Empowerment Institute: This event is a one-day conference that delivers professional development, workshops, networking, employment, and educational opportunities to the Central Texas community.
Community Impact Programs:
Leaders of Tomorrow LOT® High School Mentoring Program: This flagship mentorship program is designed to provide resources to marginally academic performing students. The goal is to expose students to extraordinary learning opportunities that motivate them to maximize their leadership potential. LOT mentoring sessions are held twice per month during the academic school year.
Rising Stars Collegiate Mentoring Program: This flagship professional development program is a one-on-one mentoring program which connects business students with business professionals. Rising stars mentoring sessions are held twice per month during the academic school year.
Community Project: This is a community based consulting program, where select Chapter members will work with local partners to problem solve and provide recommend solutions. Opportunities to work with the Municipal, K-12 education, and Small business entities are currently being evaluated. These special projects will help our Chapter raise its profile while delivering tangible results to our community.
