The Austin Chapter will be woven into the fabric of the community by providing hands-on service, partnering with and supporting other local organizations. We will serve our partners by addressing their specific company needs, i.e. sourcing diverse talent, providing leadership development for team members, providing access to professional development classes, etc.

Our Members
We understand that each member of our chapter volunteers their time and we want to ensure we recognize their efforts. On a quarterly basis, we will acknowledge those individuals that expend their time on behalf of the Chapter through our new recognition program. Our Values
One of the reason members engage with our Chapter is to connect with other like minded people and to immerse themselves in the Austin culture. The NBMBAA will serve as connection point for new Austinites to organizations, cultural events, and other professionals. To help as a connector, we have our standing First Fridays networking events and newly launched Brunch series. The Austin Chapter of the NBMBAA is well-positioned to become a leading organization for improving career outcomes for business professionals in Central Texas. We will continue to pursue our “Build” strategy to fulfill our national imperatives and achieve our goals
