Volunteers Needed: 9th Annual HBCU Battle of the Brains

The National Black MBA Association – Austin Chapter is proud to support the 9th Annual HBCU Battle of the Brains, and we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help make this exciting event a success.

This national competition brings together some of the brightest minds from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to showcase innovation, business strategy, and entrepreneurial thinking. It’s more than a competition — it’s a celebration of Black excellence, leadership, and the next generation of changemakers.

To host this event successfully, we need the support of our community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers may assist with:

No special experience is required — just a willingness to help and support the mission.

Event: 9th Annual HBCU Battle of the Brains
Volunteer Dates: March 11 – March 15, 2026
Location: Austin, Texas

This event will bring together students representing several HBCUs across the country to compete in a multi-day innovation challenge.
