Administration
|
Business Management
Work closely with assigned team to track metrics, assist with identifying and engaging resources needed to support team operation, present scorecard report to VP of Administration.
Program Management
Manage the end-to-end execution of assigned NBMBAA Programs/Events. Provide direct instruction and leadership to volunteers and paid resources. Track event metrics and surveys. Present scorecard reports to VP of Administration.
Office Management
Plan, organize, and control the clerical aspects for the entire organization. Setup and maintain data storage repositories including team collaboration sites. Provide direct instruction to volunteers and paid resources.
Virtual Projects
Under the direction of the Office Manager, produce high quality reports and documents within the specified amount of time. |
Operations

Programs: Develop substantive programming that will enhance the professional and personal growth our members.
Corporate Relations: Serve as the liaison between local corporate organizations and the Chapter.

Communications |
Marketing
Design creative marketing collateral and templates to support integrated marketing activities in various media formats (e.g. brochures, membership kit, postcards, podcasts, Linked In, Twitter etc.)
Public Relations
Handle any public relations as they relate to programs, special events, fundraisers for the local chapter (e.g. radio, web, print, TV)
Website Development
Handle website content management, website development and maintenance related to programs, special events, fundraisers for the local chapter. |
Membership |
Senior Advisor
Provides advice on issues related to the growth, engagement, and retention of members of the NBMBAA Austin Chapter. In particular, supports the Membership Strategic Task Force.
Executive Membership
Responsible for recruiting and engaging experienced professionals and senior-level executives to the NBMBAA Austin Chapter
Membership Programs
Responsible for coordinating all membership events with a view to raising the profile and insuring their continued relevance for members, business professionals, and other leaders in the Austin Community, in collaboration with other teams in the Chapter.
Managing Director
Responsible for assisting the VP in Coordinating the activities of the team; maintaining and developing chapter vitality by finding and implementing creative initiatives to attract more business professionals to join the NBMBAA Austin Chapter and reinforce member loyalty, motivation, participation, and retention in collaboration with other teams in the chapter.
Leaders of Tomorrow®
Responsible for the development, growth and sustainability of the Leaders of Tomorrow Program that mentors and prepares high school students for college and corporate careers.
Student Affairs
Responsible for creating and/or maintaining initiatives that focus on the needs undergraduate and graduate students. Inter alia, continue development and implementation of the Rising Stars Collegiate Mentorship Program. |
Finance

Financial Reporting
Maintain current and accurate records of the financial position of the Chapter by reporting all monetary transactions.
Budgeting
Create budget, analyze budget variances and track compliance
Accounting
Maintain current and accurate records of the financial position of the Chapter by recording, classifying and summarizing all monetary transactions.
Financial Management
Work with Fund Development Team to quantify and develop a clear view of the ROI received by Corporate Partners and assist in the outreach to sponsors |
